The list includes houses on several streets in the capital, including on Kharkiv Highway.
As a result of Russian attacks on Kyiv’s energy infrastructure , hundreds of homes will be without heat for at least two months, Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced .
This situation has arisen due to significant damage to the Darnitsa Thermal Power Plant. Until it is restored, it will be impossible to supply heat to homes that were heated by CHPP-4.
In particular, the list included houses on Revutskogo, Trostyanetskaya, Gorlovskaya streets and Kharkivske Highway.
The addresses that fall under this list can be found at the link .
” Ekonomicheskaya Pravda ” has created a map of homes that will remain without heat until the Darnitskaya Thermal Power Plant is restored:
It should be noted that, according to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1267 of October 8, 2025, the heating period is set from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

The situation in the energy sector of Ukraine
Due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, Ukraine has been forced to implement hourly power outage schedules for a long time . February 6 will be no exception.
As a result of one of the latest Russian attacks, Kyiv’s Darnitsky and Dniprovskyi districts will remain without heat while the Darnitskaya Thermal Power Plant undergoes repairs. Meanwhile, as MP Oleksiy Kucherenko noted , some buildings could potentially be redirected to heating from other sources.
He emphasized that Russian missiles were deliberately aimed not at the electrical part of this thermal power plant, but at the thermal part, in order to make it impossible to supply coolant.
