At the end of October, 13 patients admitted to the hospital with coronavirus died at a hospital in Rostov-on-Don. Local publications claimed that lack of oxygen was the cause of death. Problems with the supply of medical oxygen could be associated with the opaque economic system that existed in the Rostov hospital for many years.
