The Tobin tax is a tax levied on spot currency conversions, with the intention of disincentivizing short-term currency speculation, named after economist James Tobin.
The idea is good, but it should be 3.5%, not 0.5%.

That will not be acceptable to the majority of Ukrainian people. A thief and murderer should not be rewarded with the spoils he stole, and must be punished for the crimes he committed. Anything less is a complete farce and unjust.
But that not what it says facts. The Trumpkov-VanZkov plan is just a surrender.
If they are so keen on giving land, the above is the way to do it. The terms are ok for Ukraine. Not desirable, but acceptable, in light of the fact that no one will commit to enabling an outright victory for Ukraine.

…is totally unacceptable, unless Ukraine can free the occupied territories by the time such a deal is signed, or Ukraine gains a lot more mafia territory, equal to what mafia land holds in Ukraine.
Look at the terms : they are very good. In light of the following:
Chances of a Trumpkov WH : 50-50. Although the bookies would favour Kamala marginally.
Chances of a liberal revolution and ruZZia becoming a democracy for the first time in its history: less than 1%.
Chances of a PrigoZhin-type revolution; ie one Nazi psychopath being replaced by another: somewhat higher.
Chances of ruZZia remaining a nazi dictatorship run by psychopaths indefinitely: very high.
If Kamala wins, the equation might change; especially if she dumps Sullivan.
