He can come to Kyiv, Zelenskyy rejected putin’s offer to visit Moscow and called on dictator to visit Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rejected vladimir putin’s offer to visit Moscow and offered a counter-offer to visit Kyiv.

The Ukrainian leader said this during an interview with ABC News reporters.

“He can come to Kyiv. I can’t go to Moscow when my country is under missle attacks every day. I can’t go to the capital of this terrorist. Putin understands this,” Zelenskyy said in an interview with the publication.

In his opinion, putin’s offer was actually aimed at “postponing the meeting.”

“You know, if a person doesn’t want to meet during a war, he can, of course, offer something that will be acceptable to me or others,” Zelenskyy noted.

As reported, putin said that he is ready to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy exclusively in russia, but at the same time he believes that it will be “practically impossible” to reach an agreement with the Ukrainian side on key issues.
