Russians are being convinced that the mayor’s office has supposedly done a great job.

Russians are beginning to be outraged that Moscow is protected by powerful air defense systems , while systems in other regions are unable to cope with Ukrainian drones. Against the backdrop of today’s strikes on the power plant and oil refinery, public outrage has intensified.
As Defense Express writes , Russian propagandists and pro-Kremlin bloggers explain differently why Russian air defense is uneven in all regions. Russian blogger Fighterbomber, who is close to the Russian Air Force, said that even one drone hitting an object is a more critical result than the Russians’ claims of shooting down even 100 UAVs. He said that one can only discuss the degree of destruction of a particular object.
Another resource writes that, compared to other regions, Moscow’s air defense demonstrated the best result in repelling the attack of Ukrainian UAVs today, compared to other regions of the Russian Federation.
But propagandists insist that it was more of a political, or “apparatus” factor. Allegedly, during one of the meetings on air defense, the Russian military named a conditional quantity of “N” weapons necessary for reliable cover. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, using his apparatus influence, was able to get a quantity of air defense weapons twice as large as the estimated one, that is, conditionally “2N”.
Also, the Moscow mayor’s office allegedly provided good living conditions for Russian anti-aircraft gunners. That is why it has the result that “only” one kamikaze drone hit the Moscow Oil Refinery, but the fire at the plant received a “critical level of complexity.”
As the portal writes, the deployment of additional air defense systems within Moscow began in the spring of 2023. The S-400 and other air defense systems were deployed within residential areas or even in the city center. And in September of last year, there was talk about the Russian Federation building Flakturm analogues near Moscow and pulling in everything, including Arctic Pantsirs.
The number of air defense systems in Moscow is kept secret, but they are clearly not enough to cover other regions.

“…there was talk about the Russian Federation building Flakturm analogues near Moscow…”
Muscovy in the 21st century is the analogue to Berlin in the 20th century (1944).
Flakturm! Mafia land is slipping ever more into its true uniform, one very similar to the ones that used to be embellished with a swastika.
