Great news and an Easter blessing for Mike. I guess we will have to put up with him again and hopefully he’s done with hospitals for a while, he’s had way more than his share lately.
Back home again. How time flies. I noticed our apartment still looks the same as four months ago. Need to replace something here. 😂

It’s original. Made by Grundig in the 1940s. Original 3d sound. Still working. 😀

Absolutely. Incredible sound. No microchips. The transistors inside are the size of a can of coke. 😀
It is very unlikely there any transistors in that radio, having been made in the 40s. The transistor was not invented until 48 or 49. So, it’s tubes all the way.
Only Brits call tubes “valves.”
