I’ve seen no evidence proving use of ATACMS on Belgorod. More likely however standard HIMARS munitions were used.
This is most likely fake news.
And it would be a waste of money and missiles, as the regular munition has enough range (Belgorad is just 20 km from the border) and probably a larger warhead as well.

As far as I know, ATACMS are not allowed to be used on mafia soil, according to the poltroon administration in Washington.
