It is reported that Lieutenant Colonel Oleksandr Kurin has been liquidated.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk Region eliminated the commander of the airborne assault regiment of the Russian Airborne Forces, Lt. Col. Oleksandr Kurin with the call sign “Skipper,” Russian media reports .

It is noted that it was eliminated as a result of an FPV drone strike. It is also reported that this happened in the Glushkiv district, approximately on September 12-14. The liquidation of Kurin is called “a great loss for the Airborne Forces.”

In addition, it is recalled that earlier, at the end of August, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the car Kurin was in with an FPV drone and eliminated his deputy, Yuriy Mykhaylov.
