Government dismisses first deputy health minister

The Cabinet of Ministers has dismissed Olena Teriayeva as first deputy health minister.

The relevant resolution as of May 20, No.546-r, has been posted on the Government portal.

“To dismiss Olena Teriayeva as first deputy health minister in line with her letter of resignation,” reads the document.

As Ukrinform reported, Teriayeva was appointed to that position on April 8, 2020. In particular, she was responsible for reforming the healthcare system, as well as for the establishment and coordination of processes at the department.

  1. She did well, lasted all of 6 weeks. Looks like Zelensky wants a revolving door policy like the WH.
