Addressing the UN General Assembly and also the Press, Russia’s UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia blamed an American made Patriot missile in the hands of Ukraine for the bombing of Kyiv’s Okhmatdyt hospital. He unequivocally denied all Russian involvement in the attack. Nebenzia has now provided future prosecutors in the yet to be named “Nuremberg II Trials” with more necessary links to prove his personal culpability for the war crime. Intentional and malicious active measures disinformation from a ranking government official to cover for a war crime atrocity, is evidence of complicity. In a future trial, it can be used as a critical element to overcome “I was just following orders,” or “I was not involved,” or “I did not personally give the order” or “I did not know” defenses.

It is one thing to read the war crime data. To hear it discussed. It is another to go to locations and interview the survivors and review the evidence on location. A member of my team did just this in Bucha. I returned later to Bucha gather more evidence and film survivors of Russian atrocities. It is part of our documentary work on Russian warcrimes. UN charter change:
The UN must clearly change its charter to allow for the general assembly to vote on removal or neutralization status of any member that the majority of the general assembly finds to be a Terrorist State; in turn that member should be neutralized or expelled and given a no vote status on the Security Council!
I believe the UN General Assembly has to justifiably consider and to move forward to formally declaring Russia as a Terrorist state and vote for a change in the UN charter to remove Russia from both the General Assembly and Security Council! The UN is harboring a terrorist state within its framework of peace and world order; that conflict of interest has to end if the UN is to continue as a bastion of world peace, order and stability!

I’ve barked about “conflict of interest” too, over the years. It seems that is a common legal condition. I know some judges that have to recuse themselves for it. I don’t know why it can’t be applied at the UN either. It is simply not fair that the Moskali can act as judge and executioner at the same time as the world watches.

The UN building must be donated in perpetuity to Ukraine, with the understanding that its government can do as it sees fit: dispose of it and use the cash to kill orcs, or turn it into the HQ of the denazification of russia movement.
