While the leadership of the terrorist country Russia declares a “barbaric attack” and complains to the UN, residents of the Kursk region freely speak Ukrainian with the military. Moreover, the presence of Ukrainian military does not frighten the Russians in any way.
The conversation between the military and local residents took place in one of the border settlements of the Kursk region. The corresponding video was published on Instagram by user ptah_ngl.
A resident of the Kursk region said that although she is not Ukrainian, she speaks Ukrainian fluently. Moreover, the women were the first to approach the servicemen and ask them for a ride. However, due to the lack of space in the car, the soldiers were forced to refuse. The conversation between the soldiers and the locals ended with the slogan “Glory to Ukraine!”
Despite the seemingly friendly attitude, social media users called on the military to be vigilant and not to trust the Russians. In particular, the military is asked not to take food and water from local residents.
Let us recall that the Chinese Foreign Ministry responded to the start of active military actions in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. The department stated that they “took note of the relevant situation.” The ministry also responded that China’s position regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war is “consistent and clear.”
As OBOZ.UA reported, the United States of America does not believe that the events in the Kursk region of the aggressor country Russia could become an escalation of the war. Ukraine is doing what it needs to do to achieve success on the battlefield.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova complained to the UN about alleged “human rights violations” in the Kursk region and demanded “condemn Ukraine’s actions.”
