Ми можемо спрямувати цю війну до її справедливого завершення силою нашої зброї та нашої дипломатії, і ми не повинні боятися цих можливостей. Що ефективнішою буде наша протиповітряна оборона, то безпораднішим буде Путін. Що менше в нас буде обмежень на використання дієвої зброї, то активніше Росія прагнутиме миру. Військові аеродроми, із яких злітають російські літаки з бомбами проти наших міст, місця запуску російських ракет – усе це має бути знищено. Це не лише ліквідує деякі цілі, а й зменшить можливості Росії продовжувати війну.
Ракети та дрони не є «носіями державного суверенітету», тому необхідна колективна воля, щоб їх збити – так само, як це було з іранськими ракетами та дронами. Я звертаюся до всіх лідерів, які здатні сприяти необхідній хоробрості. Ці кроки мають бути зроблені.
Сказав про це під час інавгураційної пленарної сесії ІV саміту Європейської політичної спільноти.
Translation:
We can steer this war to its just conclusion by the power of our weapons and our diplomacy, and we must not be afraid of these possibilities. The more effective our air defense is, the more helpless Putin will be. The fewer restrictions we have on the use of effective weapons, the more actively Russia will strive for peace. Military airfields from which Russian planes with bombs take off against our cities, places where Russian missiles are launched – all this must be destroyed. This will not only eliminate some targets, but also reduce Russia’s ability to continue the war.
Missiles and drones are not “carriers of state sovereignty”, so a collective will is needed to shoot them down – just as it was with Iranian missiles and drones. I appeal to all leaders who are able to foster the necessary bravery. These steps must be taken.
He said this during the inaugural plenary session of the IV Summit of the European Political Community.

Обговорили графік надходження озброєння й подальшу оборонну підтримку, реалізацію рішень першого Глобального саміту миру та заплановані тематичні конференції за пунктами Формули миру.

On the sidelines of the IV Summit of the European Political Community, I met with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez. Thank you for your continued support of Ukraine and recent decisions on the transfer of defense assistance!
They discussed the schedule for the arrival of weapons and further defense support, the implementation of the decisions of the first Global Peace Summit and the planned thematic conferences on the points of the Peace Formula.
