What did you expect? Most are governed by tinpot dictators made of the same dough as Khuylo.
We should cap all aid to African countries that supports mafia land. Then, we’ll see how they will vote the next time.
It would certainly be a toss up to see who is more lazy and corrupt, “Russia” or Africa…
That’s a hard guess, because both places are very lazy and very corrupt.
