31 July
Ukrainian soldier Daria Borysenko and NLAW.
The story of this photo as told by Daria:
“The first days of the war. We have just received our uniforms. Mine is a few sizes bigger, because small sizes are not available. A position several kilometers away from the burning Hostomel [Kyiv region], waiting for a Russian column from there.
— Corsair, and is NLAW heavy?
— You will be able to hold it, and even shoot if necessary. Here, take it (passes it to me). Oh! Hold on like that! A Ukrainian Madonna.
— Yeah… Instead of babies, Ukrainian Madonnas are now cuddling weapons…”

May God bless her, make her aim true, and keep her safe as she aerates orcs and rashist equipment. 🇺🇦
