The Freedom of Russia Legion was formed in March 2022 from a Russian army company consisting of around 100 soldiers who voluntarily defected to the Ukrainian side when the war broke out.
The blue and white flag is the Russian flag without the red, “Many in the opposition see the Russian flag as a sign of imperialism, militarism, and authoritarianism, the red bar being a key part of this.”
A member of the same FB page; Claude Grivegnee, ran a link to facts’ UT post: “Russian Army Could Soon Run out of Weapons and Troops: Boris Johnson.”
A commenter, John Hrobelko, wrote :

And the ruski trolls are busy trying to set the narrative that it is the Ukrainian military that is committing war crimes…in their own land.
I think the world would be foolish to EVER allow the Moskali to ever have another army. They should lose their privilege to have nukes too.
If only the ruskie sheep were so brave to dump this crime-ridden gang in the Kremlin! The world would be a much better place!

Too bad they’re keeping it a secret on how many it is now, fighting for Ukraine.
