The Ukrainian population has either left the occupation or refuses to cooperate with the invaders.

The Kremlin is conducting a campaign to resettle Russians to the occupied territories of Ukraine. This is stated in a new publication by Radio Liberty.
According to the Ukrainian underground, Russia has an acute shortage of labor in the occupied territories. The majority of the population simply left the occupied parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, and among the rest, there are not many who want to collaborate with the occupiers.
In order to stimulate the resettlement of Russian citizens to the captured lands, in early September Russian leader Vladimir Putin issued a decree on “additional social guarantees” for those who move there.
The main flow of “migrants” from Russia is directed to cities and towns near the Sea of Azov, said Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of Mariupol State University Alexander Zubchenko, who is researching the events in the Zaporizhia region. He noted that it is quite far from the front line, and therefore safe. Residents of remote and poor regions of the Russian Federation, who are attracted by both the better climate and big money, are mainly heading to the occupied territories.
“The funds that are promised for work on the Ukrainian military base seem like manna from heaven to them. Unfortunately, there is a deep rear, there is Melitopol, there is the Azov coast, where Ukrainian strikes do not reach as often as, say, Energodar, Tokmak or Polohy. And therefore they feel safer there. Well, plus the factors that it is the south, that it is the sea, that it is free housing, but in fact stolen from local residents, this really attracts many. In the Zaporizhia region this is visible to a lesser extent, in Mariupol more – there is a mass settlement of workers, builders, many people from Central Asia, from the Siberian and Asian regions of Russia,” he noted.
According to the deputy of the Genichesk City Council (Kherson region) Yulian Luchko, it is to Genichesk that Russians come most actively.”Genichesk is now the administrative center of the occupation authorities of the Kherson region. That is why this phenomenon is observed there most often. First of all, I would like to note that the occupiers provide housing to everyone who comes. A list of property subject to nationalization was also published, the owners of which left and did not declare their ownership, did not re-register according to Russian law. They are not giving it away yet, as far as I understand, but are issuing it for temporary use to those specialists who come to work in the temporarily occupied territory,” the deputy said.
The National Resistance Center said that the occupiers primarily need workers to build fortifications, transport goods, and “restore” infrastructure facilities.
“There is a very acute problem with doctors, their administration workers, infrastructure project specialists who provide logistics and so on, and with teachers in general the issue is very complicated. There is no production here at all right now,” the deputy added.

This resettlement is clearly a temporary solution. When Ukraine regains those regions, the roaches will have to move again.
F*cking rats
So putler has a chronic shortage of workers in mafia land. His solution to move even more people out of the shithole, further reducing the orc population.
GENOCIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!
