He has already signed the documents that will allow the first French instructors to visit our training centers soon.
France will send instructors to Ukraine to train Ukrainian servicemen. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi.
“I welcome France’s initiative to send instructors to Ukraine to train Ukrainian military personnel. I have already signed documents that will allow the first French instructors to visit our training centers soon and familiarize themselves with their infrastructure and personnel,” he wrote .

It is noted that together with the Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, they held a video meeting with the Minister of the Armed Forces of the French Republic Sebastien Lecorne.
Syrskyi added that he believes that France’s determination will encourage other partners to join this ambitious project.
“I thanked the minister for the friendly support of the French people and military and economic assistance to Ukraine to repel Russian military aggression,” the Commander-in-Chief noted.
Foreign instructors in Ukraine
As UNIAN reported, earlier the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Brown noted that the United States of America currently has no plans to return military instructors to Ukraine for training missions.
Brown noted that until February 2022, US military personnel were involved in the training process in Ukraine, but this is not happening now.
“Ultimately, when this conflict ends and we will be in better conditions, then I suppose we will have the opportunity to return the instructors. But, at the moment, there are no plans to return the US instructors to Ukraine,” he emphasized.

Wow! That will crush the invaders! Idiots!
Of course, that won’t crush the invaders, but:
1.) Macron leads the way, so others may follow now. After lots of talk, finally someone who dares to get rid of that red line!
2.) Since the mobilization bill passed, Ukraine needs to train a lot of new recruits. Every help is welcome.
3.) The sooner those newbies get trained, the sooner they can reinforce frontline units.
4.) Strengthening ties between the AFU and the French Forces may lead to stronger support for Ukraine. There will be a lot of French media interest, too.
All in all, this undoubtedly is a positive move. Hoepefully, other countries will follow suit.
🇨🇵🙂👍
I met some American troops training in Ukraine in 2006.
