Pro-Iranian militants in Iraq attacked the U.S.-operated Victory Base, hitting a helicopter and a radar station.
The targets included an HH-60M medical evacuation helicopter and an AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel radar, according to OSINTtechnical.
In the released video, the “Islamic Resistance” (an Iran-backed group) in Iraq obscured the red crosses on the helicopter.
U.S. forces did not attempt to intercept the FPV drones, which flew over the base without resistance.
Several helicopters were parked in open areas at the base, but only one was struck.
This is not the first attack on Victory Base this month. Earlier in the month, the “Islamic Resistance” carried out a strike using a fiber-optic FPV drone against the same base.
At that time, the FPV drone flew over the Baghdad-area base without resistance and maneuvered over the site while searching for targets.

The officials said that the videos are “fueling concerns among some of Trump’s allies that he may not be receiving — or absorbing — the complete picture of the war, now in its fourth week.”
They also say that the videos are making him angrier with the media because he is unable to understand that seeing things blow up over and over again does not translate to large-scale success in the greater war, which is something that any student of any American war of the past 60 years can tell you.
For instance, Trump was not informed about the Iranian missile strike on US refueling planes in Saudi Arabia, only finding it out from the media after the fact.
“Among their concerns is that Trump may not be equipped to make critical decisions about options he’s presented with for possible next steps in the war if he’s not receiving a full scope of information about the status of the conflict” said the officials.
Well, it looks like the American people aren’t the only people being lied to by Pete Hegseth’s Pentagon.
This is a deeply disturbing revelation, even more so since we know that Trump is considering sending troops to invade Iran based on the assumption that everything is going great.
During the Vietnam War, President Johnson started every day by receiving a casualty count of Americans hurt or killed in the war.
Now, Trump is starting every day with a cherry-picked highlight reel explicitly designed to make him feel better.
Our troops’ lives are at stake, and the President has no idea what’s going on.
Sounds like methods used in mafia land to fool the dirty runt into believing he’s winning the war.

Thanks to the Trump administration’s criminal lack of preparation and shocking understimation of Iran’s military capabilities, the US military is now working remotely in the Middle East, putting civilians in danger as they work out of hotels and makeshift operations centers in civilian areas.
“The result, according to current and former military officials, is a war that is much harder to prosecute.”
The Times reports that “many of the 13 military bases in the region used by American troops are all but uninhabitable, with the ones in Kuwait, which is next door to Iran, suffering perhaps the most damage.”
Iranian officials have even accused the U.S. military of using civilians as human shields by putting American troops in hotels.
This is sure to prompt another furious tirade from Donald Trump who we now know is not getting the full picture of just how badly this war is going for him and is instead just getting a highlight reel of war porn, watching our tax dollars blow things up for two minutes every day.
This is a perfect demonstration of the blind hubris of the Trump administration. After two decades of watching America uncontestedly bomb the poorest people in the world, Trump and Hegseth couldn’t even conceive of an enemy with a sophisticated military and able to fight back, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
They took no preparations, expected no reprisals. They didn’t evacuate anyone from the Middle East until AFTER the war had started. They didn’t bother to prepare for drones.
They attacked Iran because they are cowards and bullies, thinking that they could impose their will on Iran by simply killing one old man.
They were very, very, wrong, and now they’ve started a fire they cannot put out with lies and bombs.
Which was the jews’ plan. They want to destroy us. 9/11 was just the beginning. Only God knows what they planned further. Immigration, war, poverty, drugs, violence…

It’s not only the total lack of proper planning that makes this a grossly mishandled war (not to mention that it’s illegal), but what makes it even worse is Taco’s refusal to accept Zelensky’s help to defend against Iran’s drones. He responded like the stupid and arrogant prick that he’s always been. If it had been putler offering help, he would’ve been so happy, that he would’ve sucked his little pencil dick as a special thank you.
