The President noted that Russia would definitely answer for the missile attack on October 31.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the low efficiency of the Russian army . If before the start of the war against Ukraine it was called “the second army of the world”, now it is not even the twenty-second. 

He stated this in his evening address. 

“Already now, for every ten hits, terrorists have to spend at least four times as many missiles. Russia’s performance is even worse with regard to drones, including those that were supplied to it by accomplices from Iran. And the world sees this. army of the world” is no longer even the twenty-second in terms of its effectiveness. And we will do everything so that it goes into the second hundred altogether,” Zelensky stressed.

The President noted that Russia would definitely answer for the missile attack on October 31. 

“Each new Russian strike on our civilian targets only facilitates and brings closer the international consensus on Russia’s responsibility. And the fragments of the Russian missile that fell on the territory of Moldova only remind how important it is to defend together against this evil – from rashism, which does not recognize any state borders , no human values,” he said.
