Why Won’t Biden And The Pentagon Let Ukraine Win The War Against Russia?

May 25, 2023

With great reluctance and after intense pressure, President Biden finally announced that he would permit Ukrainian pilots to train for the F-16 fighter aircraft. He churlishly declared that he hasn’t decided which countries he will allow to supply these planes and in what quantity.

This move, unfortunately, is all too typical of the U.S. response to Putin’s invasion 15 months ago: Give Kyiv enough to stay in the fight but not enough to win it.

This episode of What’s Ahead condemns this deadly dithering. It dangerously aids our enemies, while displaying a fearful lack of geopolitical understanding of the world today.

  1. I have said this many times that the West don’t want Ukraine to win this war. Now it seems that many more people are coming to the same conclusion. If the orcs are not stopped now, they will come back in 5 or 10 years time, and we will have a repeat.

  2. Some people are pleased by Biden and his performance in this war, lauding him for his stance and determination. However, as Steve Forbes pointed out, this is not the case. Biden has been dragging his old feet from the start to this very moment, dragging out the war, too. There is a serious lack of leadership, there is no foresight, no determination, no courage, and no plan. With a real president, this war could be over already, and the world could be focused on other problems. With a Ronald Reagan, I am certain that this war would never even have started. Mafia land’s fear of the harsh and certain consequences would’ve made such an endeavor too dangerous for the crap hole.

  3. He is sounding presidential. By today’s standards he’s a youngster at 75. How about teaming up with Lindsay Graham?
Mr Graham could say to the GOP: “do you want as your president a candidate who has been nominated by nazi skank Simonyan to be murdered by putler’s goons, or would you like someone who is referred to as “our Trumpushka” by the same nazi skank?

    • Graham is a big Trump supporter and a huge majority of the GOP support Ukraine just as the Democrats do. Besides that, ruzzian propagandists don’t nominate US candidates for president, there is a primary system for that, and even if they did, Americans would repulse and vote the opposite.

      • Dmitri A. Medvedev, the former Russian president and the vice chairman of Mr. Putin’s security council, said this week that “the main thing” was that President Biden not be re-elected.

Former President Donald J. Trump, who is the early front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, “is a good guy,” Mr. Medvedev said, and, “historically, it was always easier to work with the Republicans.”

        • “historically, it was always easier to work with the Republicans.”

Wasn’t it Republican Presidents in the WH either side of the Soviet collapse? I don’t remember either Reagan or Bush working well will the russians.

          • The Republicans of yesteryear were still an honorable bunch. I don’t even consider the trumpet to be a Republican. It’s closer to the truth to call him a dirty fascist.

        • You don’t understand the KGB. Perhaps over some time, you will. Do you think a Medvedev endorsement will get votes for Trump in the USA? lol. They know the opposite will happen and that’s what they do. That’s a bit like when bin Laden endorsed John Kerry. Get it?

            • Who is “we”? You and your imaginary friends? You just don’t get it, but many don’t. Putin generally support whoever is NOT in power. He wants us fighting and especially doing what you’re doing. Think about it, you being a die-hard Lefty worshipping your politics is exactly what Putin wants.

              • “We” is anyone who follows the (legitimate) news, or who has read the Mueller report, or who has read the report by the Inspector General for the Department of Justice. (I did link an article that supports what I wrote…)

And Putin supported his puppet, Trump, both in 2016 and in 2020. So, “in power” or “not in power” didn’t matter when it came to supporting Trump.

I don’t see pointing out facts you may have overlooked as “fighting”, and I’m far from a “Lefty”. And I don’t “worship” anything.

                • You do worship Leftist politics. Worse yet, you’re not even open to discussion because YOU decide what is legitimate and what is a fact. You won’t waste any more of my time.

                  • LOL. Actual leftists think I’m pretty far to the right.

I post facts based on evidence, and provide links to back it up. And if someone posts a claim from a source that’s notorious for sharing “fake news”, I don’t automatically discount it. But I do see if it’s reported by more reliable sources.

        • The situation is quite simple; anyone that the mafiosi like as US president, should never be elected.

    • Any honorable GOP politician will side with righteousness, this means not with the trumpet. The question is, how many of them have honor?
