I think there is no point in repeating that Putin does not want peace. Of course, he does not. He wants Ukraine and then whatever else he can get.

In the picture, there is the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, in the building of the Government of Ukraine.

Enough is enough. Ukraine has more than proven to everyone that it wants peace, and Putin has done all to show that he has no intention of stopping. Europe should take matters into its own hands, have a spine, and stand up to bullies. Sanctions to the max, arm Ukraine, finance drone production in Ukraine that is responsible for almost 80% of enemy losses, and help to close the skies over Ukraine. (While Putin will not be able to close the skies over Moscow, even if he begs China).

Prof. Snyder is making a clear point that in order to prevent WW III, we need to take the chance Ukraine is giving us. This would require much more of our help than what we are providing at this stage ; the other option – WW III !

While it is easy to see that this Prof. Snyder’s theory is applicable to our current situation, it may seem more abstract with regard to WW II. But no, Prof. Snyder is 100% correct; further below follows a little known confirmation from the youth of a very well known witness, actor Sir (Baron) Peter Ustinov. Anti-nazi high German Officers had thought the same in 1938 ! Unfortunately Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain’s Administration had not. Sounds familiar?
