Five people were injured after an overnight attack on Odessa, with one victim in serious condition.

Five people, including one minor, were injured in a night attack on Odessa.

Three people were hospitalized, one of them in serious condition, said the head of the city military administration, Sergei Lysak.

A 49-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy suffered thermal burns, and a 70-year-old man suffered a head injury. Two more people with facial burns are being treated as outpatients.

Rescuers reported that the fire broke out in residential buildings. A fire also broke out at a service station, where flames engulfed the administrative building and several trucks.

The relevant services continue to work at the scene.
