Russian authorities deny that the fire caught on video was the result of an “invasion”.

On Saturday evening, October 26, an oil refinery in Ryazan, Russia, caught fire after an air raid alarm. Russian publics reported the fire at the refinery, publishing photos and videos.

The Ryazan authorities have denied that the fire caught on video was the result of an “incoming air strike”. In addition, it is stated that the air raid alarm in the city was a training exercise:

“From 17:00 to 18:00 in the Moscow district of the regional center, a training air raid alarm was conducted using a siren. There were no incidents.”

It is also claimed that the glow and smoke at the plant are torches that are constantly burning.
