  1. Awesome.
What we can’t experience from the vid is the terrible pain caused by a shrapnel injury.
As far as I know; and I’m not a medic, the only thing that can reliably stop the pain is morphine. I hope they have a good supply.
Or, does anyone know of anything else can match morphine’s anti-pain properties?
I was administered with it some while back and it worked very well after everything else failed.

    • I don’t know Scradgel. I got morphine when I was in the hospital not too long ago and didn’t do anything for me. It was just a shot so maybe they just didn’t give me enough.

    • Pretty much what they get in most kits is small darts of morphine, as well as “quick clot” to stop bleeding, tourniquets, pads, wrap, tape, and shears of some sort. Perhaps iodine and salve as well. But nothing else I know of for that amount of pain.
