The scandalous Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, reacted to the news that Western countries allowed Ukraine to hit Russian territory with their weapons.

Medvedev’s reaction appeared on his Telegram . Traditionally, the Kremlin buffoon began with threats. He said that Western countries that allegedly approved the use of their extended-range weapons on Russian territory must understand three things.

Medvedev threatened that Russia would destroy “all military equipment and specialists who are fighting against us, they will be destroyed both on the territory of Ukraine and on the territory of other countries if attacks are carried out on Russian territory from there.”

“Russia believes that the long-range weapons used by Ukraine today are directly controlled by military personnel of NATO countries. This is not “military assistance”, but participation in a war against us. And such actions of theirs can become a casus belli (cause for war – UNIAN),” – Medvedev said.

Also, the disgraced Russian politician said that NATO will allegedly have to determine how to qualify the consequences of possible retaliatory strikes on equipment/facilities/military personnel of individual countries of the bloc in the context of Art. 4 and 5 of the Washington Treaty.

He added that the NATO leadership allegedly wants to pretend that we are talking about sovereign decisions of individual countries of the North Atlantic Alliance to support the Kyiv regime, and there is no reason to apply the rule of the 1949 Treaty on collective self-defense here.

“These are dangerous and harmful mistakes. Such “individual assistance” from NATO countries against Russia, be it controlling their long-range cruise missiles or sending a contingent of troops to Ukraine, is a serious escalation of the conflict. The former Ukraine and its NATO allies will receive such a destructive response forces that the Alliance itself simply cannot resist getting involved in the conflict,” Medvedev threatened.

He also hinted at the fallacy of the opinion that Russia would never use non-strategic nuclear weapons against Ukraine, and especially individual NATO countries.

“Life is much worse than their frivolous reasoning. A few years ago they argued that Russia would not enter into an open military conflict with the Bandera regime, so as not to quarrel with the West. They miscalculated. There is a war going on. They could also miscalculate with the use of tactical nuclear weapons. Although this would be fatal mistake,” Medvedev said.

He added that this is “not intimidation or a nuclear bluff.” According to Medvedev, “the military conflict with the West is developing according to the worst-case scenario.” “Today no one can rule out the transition of the conflict to its final stage,” he noted.
