So russia is a high risk for US citizens due to terrorism, illegal detentions, arbitary detentions and limited access to consular assistance. No such warnings are needed for US citizens travelling to Ukraine, yet the US is siding with a terrorist shithole. Unbelievable!
This case makes it impossible to put it into a fitting category, like a circus show, a cabaret gag, a slapstick comedy, or a horror show.
Here is a travel warning for UK citizens travelling to Ukraine. As you see, no threats from Ukraine are even mentioned.

I have a feeling they are going to attack a US embassy or consulate and try to blame it on Ukraine. The US are not putting these warnings out for no reason.
