In Sevastopol, temporarily captured by Russian troops in Crimea, on the morning of Tuesday, October 24, explosions were heard. The occupation administration of the city said that the Black Sea Fleet was supposedly repelling a “possible underwater attack.”
The explosions were reported by local Telegram channels. They were heard around 4 am. Residents of the city wrote in local chats that they also heard shooting.

At the same time, the so-called “governor” of Sevastopol, who was illegally appointed to the Kremlin, Mikhail Razvozhaev, spoke about a “possible” underwater attack. The representative of the occupiers did not specify what exactly this means.
“Loud sounds are in the outer roadstead – the Black Sea Fleet is repelling a possible attack by underwater sabotage forces and enemy assets,” he wrote.

The Crimean Wind channel reported loud explosions at 3:35 and 3:40 in Sevastopol, as well as the sound of gunfire. According to the resource, Russian air defense allegedly tried to shoot down the drone.

Let us note that on the afternoon of October 23, explosions also occurred in Sevastopol. The occupation authorities did not comment on the situation, but local residents wrote that the explosion was so powerful that it shook the ground.
And on October 22, a fire broke out in the area of Cossack Bay in Sevastopol. Russian propagandists reported that 2-3 missiles were allegedly shot down.
