The strikes were carried out with cluster munitions.
A Ukrainian missile hit a Pantsir-S launcher near the village of Dubovoye, Belgorod Region, Russian Federation.

According to the Belgorod publication ” Ashes “, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov assured that the grass had caught fire there. However, a photo of the damaged Patsir-S subsequently appeared.
According to the publication, the installation was hit by a cluster munition, but the crew managed to survive. Black smoke rose above the arrival site. The grass near Dubovoy did indeed burn, as Gladkov reported, but only due to the scattering of cluster munitions around the Pantsir.
