This highway supplies energy to the Russian military-industrial complex facilities.
On August 2, in the Volgograd region of the aggressor state, the Central Asia-Center main gas pipeline, which is a gas pipeline system owned by Gazprom and transports natural gas from Turkmenistan through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Russia, went out of order.

As UNIAN was informed by intelligence sources, after reports of a rumble on a section of the main gas pipeline, Russian emergency services went to the scene.
According to the source, this pipeline supplies energy to such facilities of the Russian military-industrial complex as the Demikhovsky Machine-Building Plant, the Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG (Production Complex No. 1), the Magnum-K cartridge manufacturing plant, and others.
“Representatives of the Russian gas transportation company, which supplies the army of the aggressor state, are now counting their losses. It is reported that gas transportation via the Central Asia – Center main gas pipeline in the Volgograd region has been stopped for an indefinite period,” the source noted.
