ASTRA writes that the Central Gas Fractionation Unit of the Tobolsk enterprise of SIBUR – ZapSibNeftekhim LLC was hit.

ZapSibNeftekhim is Russia’s largest petrochemical complex, owned by the TsIBUR holding. The plant processes oil by-products into 2.5 million tons of polymers per year.
