At the beginning of a full-scale war launched by Russia against Ukraine, Viacheslav Bohuslaev, the-then president of the Motor Sich Corporation ordered the disassembling of the helicopters produced by that corporation so that Ukrainian pilots could not use them.

Details: According to him, in particular, Bohuslaev ordered the removal of the rotor blades from the helicopters.
Quote: “And trading such ‘death engines’ is not everything. The investigation [team] has information that at the beginning of a full-scale war, the president of Motor Sich, after a corresponding appeal from the Ukrainian military, ordered employees of the enterprise to hide documents from helicopters so that the Ukrainian defence forces could not use the equipment. They say that Ukrainian pilots will not sit at the helm of a helicopter without special forms.
But that’s not all! After the Ukrainian military asked for helicopters, the president of Motor Sich gave the order to disassemble the equipment. [They] just remove[d] the blades from the helicopters.”
More details: The prosecutor general drew attention to the fact that all of this happened at the beginning of the war, when Russian helicopters assaulted Hostomel [airfield], and Russian troops shelled Ukrainian cities, and “when timely support for the Armed Forces in the air was so important.”
