I fully agree with Petraeus’s assessment.
I’d like to add that Ukraine’s general staff has been far superior to mafia land’s. Mafia land has just sacked another top general, putting in a retired, vodka-soaked hog. And, we already know about the vastly differing level of morale between the two opponents, which also plays a significant role.
Mafia land’s army simply cannot win … as long as we continue getting the support that we need.
