Four people were killed and seven were injured as a result of a ballistic missile attack on the Odessa region on the evening of April 10.
Among the victims is a ten-year-old girl, said the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
According to him, one of the victims is in serious condition. His legs were amputated, doctors are fighting for the man’s life.
According to the Southern Defense Forces, a gas station in the Odessa region came under fire. Cars were also damaged.

Updated 22:20 . Later, the Defense Forces reported that the number of casualties had risen to 14, the number of people receiving medical assistance after the evening ballistic missile attack.
“People in cars and on foot were walking home at the end of the working day and became victims of an insidious double blow. The fire is still burning at the damaged gas station, battered shops, warehouses, administrative buildings and private houses,” the military emphasized.
According to Keeper, four people are in serious condition, doctors are fighting for their lives, five are in moderate condition and another five people have minor injuries. Among the victims is also a 4-year-old girl, she has a shrapnel wound to her back and a concussion. She is in the hospital under medical supervision.
According to the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has now begun into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, at about 18:20 the Russian armed forces launched missile attacks on the transport and logistics infrastructure.
