Kellogg stated that Ukraine will be present at the negotiating table and there can be no talk of the opposite.

There will be no European representatives at the negotiating table, while “it would be foolish to say” that Ukraine will not be involved in this process, said US President Donald Trump’s special representative Keith Kellogg.

He also decided to remind that the full-scale war has been going on for three years. “I know that I can be criticized, and my words can seem political, but the fact remains: Trump has now inherited this war. However, our goal is not to bring it to the death of every Ukrainian,” Kellogg said during the Munich Conference.

In addition, Trump’s special representative recalled “Minsk-2”, emphasizing that at that time, during the process of settling the war in Donbass, many people were present at the negotiating table and they “had no opportunity to join the peace process.”

“It was not successful. We will not repeat Minsk,” Kellogg noted. He also added that the US will continue to finance Ukraine, even though it wants to “stop the killings.”
