31-year-old Yaroslav Semeniaka was killed by an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) near Pisky, Donetsk Oblast on August 7, 2021. Russian mercenaries targeted a crane truck that Ukrainian soldiers were installing to assist locals in rebuilding damaged civilian infrastructure
Yaroslav was born in the village of Kalynivka, Sumy Oblast on October 1, 1989. In the army as of June 2020, he served as junior sergeant in the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade.
