We know that the EU; especially France, Germany and Italy, together with minor fascist states Orbanistan and Austria, are incredibly hostile to Ukraine and act as enablers to putler. This is now established fact. Ditto Nato.
The Budapest signatories should also have known this; long before the followers of this blog and acted accordingly. They have had many years to render Ukraine virtually impervious to Russian savagery, but did not. That is why Ukraine finds itself in the position it is today.
As stated previously, Ukraine needs to be on a permanent war footing with a wartime economy: 20-25% of GDP needs to go on the armed forces until such time; unfortunately likely to be far in the future, when Russia abandons fascist imperialism for good.
