This is the Union’s priority, just like Africa’s economic growth and preserving the nuclear deal with Iran
The stable development of Ukraine remains a priority for the European Union. It is one of the key ideas of the Global Strategy of External Policy and Security Policy – just like maintaining Africa’s economic growth and preserving the nuclear deal with Iran. Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said so during her speech at the Oxford University. The European External Action Service quoted her as saying.
“The conflict in Donbass and the illegal annexation of Crimea are still ongoing. But compared to five years ago, Ukraine is a completely different country. It is a much stronger country, thanks primarily to the Ukrainian people’s stubborn demand and work for change – anti-corruption, reforms -, but also thanks to the European Union’s contribution. In five years, we have put together the largest support package in the history of the European Union. No one has invested in Ukraine as much as we did and we have never invested anywhere else as much as we have invested in Ukraine”, she said.
According to the chief EU dipomat, the EU makes the stability concept a milestone of its work, and interaction with Ukraine is the best example of its implementation.

“The stable development of Ukraine remains a priority for the European Union.”
Building Nord Stream 2, readmitting Russia into PACE is supposed to make Ukraine stable? Nord Stream seriously undermines Ukraine’s security, and when Putin cuts off the gas to Ukraine, no matter what agreements have been made, the EU will do sweet FA about it.
“President Donald Trump wrongly said that “Europe and other nations” were “not” contributing to Ukraine, specifically calling for Germany and France to “put up money.” In fact, the European Union and European financial institutions have contributed more than $16.4 billion in grants and loans to Ukraine since 2014.
European countries have contributed an estimated two-thirds of all of the aid to Ukraine since Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 and launched a conflict in the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine, according to Iain King, a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.”

They have done some stupid mistakes, but they are so far the strongest friend of Ukraine. Never has a country received so much aid from EU, and especially from Germany. All this without any conditions, like “You must do us a favor though”. I feel all the bashing of EU and Germany is unfair!
The EU could have stopped Putin in 2014, the threat of removing them from SWIFT would have stopped Putin in his tracks. Ukraine were unfortunate to have Obama as POTUS, a stronger POTUS would also have stopped Putin.
Rasmussen was a joke too. But then, Obama didn’t have his back so I can’t blame him completely. The Obama/Kerry stand down order was the real atrocity. I agree with Sir Scradge too, that Bush’s response to Putler’s Georgia invasions was probably the root cause for everything. Having said that, but it happened just 3 months before Obama was elected so Bush’s response probably would have been seen as purely political at the time in the USA.
Sarah Palin said “After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next,”…..
Tragically and bafflingly, after being proved exactly right, she then flipped and became a putler shill.
Now poor Georgia’s plight is completely ignored: total victory for the tiny poisoner.
Check out this filth….

Your figures have no base in reality. Even if they did, the figure you quote is still utterly pathetic. The EU has given next to nothing to Ukraine. They loaned them €1.4bn: which is absolute peanuts and a disgrace. They ‘give’ many €billions to spendthrift countries such as Ireland, Spain, Greece and Italy, all of whom are putlerite countries. They also give huge sums of money to fledgling terror states like Palestine. The EU are fair weather friends only. A pox on the lot of them. Within the EU, Ukraine has almost zero friends. The only ones that support them are Pribaltika, Poland, Britain and Denmark. The Franco-German axis that runs the EU has done nothing but damage to Ukraine. Minsk, Normandy, Steinmeier are treacherous scams designed to help putler and leave Ukrainians in the shit. In the words of that famous leaked phone call; “fuck the EU”. The EU is like the USSR, but without the mass murder. At least so far at any rate. Name even one EU leader with integrity? Thought not.
We know Trumpkov is scum, but at least the GOP does contain some honorable people.
Sorry Knuters old chap. You are a good fellow, but grossly misled about the EU.
I agree!
Pee Wee Pootie does not honor contracts or agreements.
How many bullets did the EU “invest” in for Ukraine?
If hot air was bullets, Ukraine would be overflowing with them.
I would have zero expectation from this Marxist from a fascist country.

What is the XP upgrade you installed? I have an old Dell with XP.
It’s Windows Home Server. It’s similar to XP, but more advanced. Sadly it erases all data on the hard drive during Setup, you need a backup before install. I purchased the dvd, it’s not for free. If you download the free trial you will need a crack to remove the ‘timebomb’ and another which will bypass product activation, suggesting system is in safe mode. I’m also using a Dell Optiplex Pentium III as gaming pc. I recommend you to stay with XP, since Home Server is difficult to configure. 😉
Thank you Mike.
