The Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States of the European Union agreed on the fourth package of sanctions against the Russian Federation.

This is stated in the message of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the Twitter microblog .

“Approval by the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States of the European Union (Coreper II) of the fourth package of sanctions in consultation with our international partners, which target individuals and institutions involved in the aggression against Ukraine, as well as several sectors of the Russian economy,” the report says. .

In this regard, it is said that these measures will come into force immediately after they are published in the Official Journal.

It is also said that the EU ambassadors approved a statement to the World Trade Organization regarding Russian aggression against Ukraine, which concerns the suspension of the application of the Regulations on the status of Russia as the most favored nation in the markets and the suspension of consideration of Belarus’ candidacy to the WTO.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on March 11, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen presented the fourth package of sanctions against the Russian Federation. She expressed her readiness to continue draining the resources that finance Putin’s war against Ukraine. Among the restrictive measures, it was proposed to purposefully punish close friends of Putin, make it impossible for the Russian state and its elite to use crypto assets to circumvent sanctions, prohibit the export of any luxury goods to Russia, and other measures.

              • You know what, go fuck yourself! Don’t know what your problem is asshole, but talk to some of your gay friends that way you fucking joke! I neither do have german nor proxie-german friends like you! Much fun with your shitty website! Adios!

                  • I’m serious. Never push me. I invested eight years of my life supporting Ukraine non-stop. Definitely not to get pushed. My opinion concerning Crimea’s future is irrelevant anyway, since Zelenskov and Putler will have to get to terms. Our drivel won’t influence their negotiations. I’m still taking bullets for having supported Trump allover the web. I’m pissed off and explosive. So reply to me in a respectful manner, so will to you. Don’t ignite my dynamite. 🤠

                  • I see you kicked me out. Maybe the best you ever did, asshole! So go fuck yourself and enjoy your site with your four commenters!

              • This comment, like many others was offensive. Making me look like a ruSSian troll, only because i am in favor of trading Crimea for Donbas, safe borders and options to join various organizations, is the reason i will leave. Disagreeing is one thing, deformation another. I don’t and won’t hate you, we spent too many years together and endured eight years of war. But i don’t think i want to come back. Any of my comments differing from the mainstream was trolled by you, Scradje and others. A free Ukraine includes free speech and respect for all opinions of Ukraine’s supporters. So, i will leave without further insults. I wish you and everybody here on success! Slava Ukrayini!
