During the week of the visa regime with the Russian Federation, not a single Russian has applied for a Ukrainian visa

Kuleba believes that this demonstrates the level to which Putin’s aggression has brought relations between our peoples.

For a week since the beginning of the functioning of the visa regime with the Russian Federation in Ukraine, not a single Russian has applied for a Ukrainian visa.

This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba on the air of the informational telethon.play video

“It is a very significant moment that in the seven days of the functioning of the visa regime (from the Russian Federation – UNIAN) there was not a single citizen in the entire multi-million Russia who would apply for a Ukrainian visa,” Kuleba stressed.

He noted that during this time there were more than a hundred calls to the Foreign Ministry and Ukrainian embassies in different countries with a request to clarify how to obtain a visa and what is needed for this. But there were no applications.

“This is actually a historical moment that demonstrates to what level Putin’s aggression has brought relations not between our states, but between our peoples,” Kuleba emphasized.

As UNIAN reported, on July 1, a visa regime for Russians began to operate in Ukraine. From now on, Russians cannot come to Ukraine without an invitation, for entry they need a passport and passport details of the host country, they must have at least 52 thousand hryvnias with them.

    • Red, we were right with so many things as the politicians in the West were wrong with so many things that it’s downright scary.

      • After them crossing the border like they own it, now a week with ZERO crossings. This is what happens when you require ID from Moskali, they don’t like showing who they really are.
