“Today, our Institute was damaged as a result of an enemy attack. The academic building and dormitory were damaged. For the next week, from November 4 to 8, all classes will be transferred to distance learning,” they wrote in the message.
At the same time, a correspondent for Ukrainska Pravda reported that the Institute of Journalism of the university was also damaged in the attack. The institute’s website noted that training from November 4 to 9 will be conducted remotely.
In addition, civilian buildings, shops and a former motorcycle factory were damaged.
“There is glass and an electric pole lying near the buildings. Utility workers and police are working on the site, and students are also helping to clean up the area,” UP added.
