According to propagandists, the enterprise was attacked by several aircraft-type UAVs.

Unknown drones attacked an oil plant in Russian Ryazan. One of the installations received significant damage.
According to Russian media, several drones attacked the plant in the early morning of March 13. Eyewitnesses heard several explosions and then saw a column of thick smoke above the enterprise.
The drone attack was officially confirmed by the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov. According to him, there are victims.
“The Ryazan oil refinery was attacked by a UAV. As a result of the attack, a fire started. According to preliminary information, there were casualties,” Malkov said.

Other refinery hits
As UNIAN wrote, on the morning of March 12, the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region said that drones attacked “a fuel and energy complex facility in an industrial zone ” and caused a fire. He did not say what object he was talking about.
However, it quickly became clear that the blow fell on the primary oil distillation unit at the Nizhny Novgorod Oil Refinery, owned by Lukoil, the second largest in the country. The damaged unit accounted for more than half of the refinery’s output, according to Reuters sources.

We hit oil refineries and the scum suckers hit residential high risers. That should be enough for any civilized person to be completely disgusted, including the scum suckers living inside the scum suckers country.
Quite obviously, this whole oil business is much too risky for Russia. Too many careless smokers and weird weather events, fires pop up everywhere. Who was it here who recently proposed that the country should switch to electric mobility? That proposal is looking more reasonable every day. 😁
