On the night of October 17, explosions were heard in the village of Gvardiyske in temporarily occupied Crimea. After them, a local oil depot caught fire, and there are also reports of a possible attack on an ammunition depot.
This was reported by the Telegram channel “Crimean Wind”. The administrators of the public also spoke about the morning explosions in Simferopol and the region.
What is known
According to “Crimean Wind”, the attack began at approximately 02:40 in the morning : it was at this time that the Russian occupiers tried to shoot down air targets attacking the peninsula – and, judging by the explosions heard by Crimeans, unsuccessfully.
“The village of Gvardiyske is being attacked by UAVs, an oil depot is on fire, subscribers report… Also, there is a preliminary report of a hit on an ammunition depot,” the message states.
The glow from the fire at the oil depot, the public added, can be seen for many kilometers, in particular, it is being “admired” in Simferopol. At the same time, the fire is spreading, and the smoke is getting more and more.

In general, writes “Crimean Wind”, two columns of smoke are visible, the source of the second is still unknown. The public suggested that it could be the airfield in Gvardiyske or the airport in Simferopol : they, the administrators specify, are “almost on the same line.”

Crimeans report that many ambulances rushed from Simferopol to Gvardiyske, where an oil depot is burning.
“Crimean Wind” clarified that the attacked oil depot in Gvardiyske belongs to the ATAN gas station network, which is the largest network of gas stations in Crimea: there are over 100 of them on the peninsula. The owner of the network is Kedr LLC, which also owns a network of oil depots and a fleet of fuel trucks.

“It seems that now there will be even less gasoline and diesel fuel in Crimea,” the public notes.
Local Telegram channels also reported that the attacked base “is constantly being refueled by military tankers of the Russian occupiers, which then head towards the Kherson region.”

In the morning, the peninsula was visited by “cotton” again: after 6 a.m., subscribers of “Krymsky Vetr” reported at least four powerful explosions that were heard in Simferopol and the Simferopol region. The first two were heard at 06:23, two more at 06:28.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that explosions were also heard at night in occupied Donetsk. There, judging by the secondary detonation after the fire that broke out, it could have hit an ammunition depot.

Nice job, Ukraine, keep those mafia refineries burning!
TACO doesn’t think the time for sanctions against his buddy is a good one. I’m glad to see Ukraine disagree with him, and there is nothing he can do about it.
The fat fool should just admit it that NO time is a good time for him to see mafia land sanctioned or otherwise punished.
