Drones attacked the city of Grozny in Chechnya on the morning of 15 December, hitting a building. [The Chechen Republic, also known as Chechnya, is a federal subject of the Russian Federation; the Ukrainian parliament has recognised it as the temporarily Russian-occupied territory of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria – ed.]

Details: Telegram channels, citing local residents, reported that the drones had targeted a base housing the Special Purpose Mobile Unit (OMON) riot police and the 2nd Regiment of Special Forces Police.
Social media reports also suggest that, in addition to targeting the OMON and 2nd Regiment bases, a drone struck a military facility commonly used to send personnel to Ukraine.

Not sure why Chenya has become so important lately for Ukraine to attack it with drones.

Drones have become a great leveller, so could it possibly have been the ‘Good Guys’?
I’m not even sure if it’s Ukraine doing it. Who else?
I suppose if Ukraine isn’t directly involved, it must be helping someone to do it with its huge drone experience, like in Syria.
