The reasons for this decision are not reported.

In Moscow, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees have been transferred to an enhanced duty regime , which will remain in effect until September 9.

The Russian Telegram channel Baza reports that this regime involves transferring workers to a three-shift schedule, posting guards, and introducing reserve shifts. During this period, all Emergencies Ministry equipment must be ready for work.

It is necessary to conduct inspections every hour on the territory of the service units, and also to check all basements, attics, utility rooms, fences and window bars. In addition, responsible persons must be at their workplaces around the clock.

The channel publishes a video of a large number of fire hoses near one of the facilities. It is claimed that the video was filmed near the Moscow Oil Refinery.Moscow Emergencies Ministry

Strikes on Russian oil depots

As is known, the Ukrainian army has been attacking oil refineries in Russia for a long time. Both oil depots and factories have come under attack from unmanned aerial vehicles.

On the night of August 28 , the Atlas oil depot in Rostov Oblast was attacked  ; the fire has not been extinguished for three days. Before that, a powerful fire occurred at the Russian oil depot in Proletarsk .
