Doctor about the inscription “Glory to Russia” burned on the body of a captured soldier: It was done by a surgeon

The inscriptions “Glory to Russia” and “Z” on the body of a Ukrainian soldier released from captivity were most likely made by a Russian surgeon during the operation.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to Suspilne.

The soldier was captured after being wounded, and after surgery in a Russian medical facility, he saw a burned inscription.

Lviv doctors have already started removing it.

More than 15 months ago, Ukrainian soldier Andriy was captured by Russian forces with a shrapnel wound to his groin. The man underwent surgery there.

The head of the “Neopalimi” rehabilitation program, Maksym Turkevich, said:

“He had a general operation. There was a fragment in the groin area and he has an injury related to the bladder. What you could see in the photo is a tube inserted to drain urine, and accordingly, the scars on his stomach, this is a surgical intervention.”

According to him, this inscription was most likely burned after the main operation was completed.

I can tell you exactly what is clear from a medical point of view. A surgeon did it. This is not an inscription made with a soldering iron, this is not an inscription cut out. This was definitely made with an electrocoagulator, this is a medical device. And this was definitely done under general anesthesia. This is what can be said with accuracy. Accordingly, this was definitely done by the operating surgeon. We have preliminary information about who theoretically could have been the operating surgeon, but as of now this information has not yet been finally verified and confirmed

The patient recently received the first injection of a polynucleotide that triggers skin regeneration.

“He is currently in the hospital, there are still other health issues there, he still has to have surgery, after which he will move on to more aggressive procedures with us. And during this period, we are actually preparing the tissue with injections so that the next stages can be carried out more effectively and quickly. He had his first procedure yesterday, and he will have more injections in the next few weeks. After that, approximately in 6 weeks, he will move on to more effective treatment using lasers.

“It is very difficult to say something in advance. The fact that tangible progress can be made there is certain. We will do everything possible to reduce it to zero. I think that sooner or later it will be possible to reduce it to zero. The key question is rather how much time it may take. I think that we will achieve a serious result when this inscription will be practically invisible, in 6 months,” Turkevich added.

Earlier , a photo of a Ukrainian defender was published online , on whose body the Russian occupiers had burned the inscription “Glory to Russia”.

  1. The decent doctors, scientists, and engineers have already fled mafia land. The filthy cockroaches remained behind.
