The puppet authorities of CADO invite Ukrainians from the free territory to move to the occupied Donbas “for permanent residence”, promising them benefits in paying for utilities. This is said in the so-called “humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbas and support for the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine”.
The idea that the citizens of Ukraine will state their willingness to live and work in the occupied territory of Donbas is included in the program under section “Labor migration”.
“The encouragement of labor migration from Ukraine to the Donetsk People’s Republic will be one of the most important directions of the program. Those who wish to move to the DNR permanently for the purpose of employment will have the opportunity to apply for a temporary benefit for utility bills. It will be valid for a year from the moment of moving to the Republic”, – separatist media write.

Yeah, they can’t even pay wages to the idiots who waved their little Russian flags. They certainly won’t pay Ukrainians, and the chances of being kidnapped and held to ransom is very high.
Promises by the mafisoi are every bit as legitimate as their lies. Only criminals, desperate to escape imprisonment in Ukraine, would voluntarily go to the midget wannabe republics.
Having said that, why do they want Ukrainians to move there? Don’t any Ruskies want to live in the lands of milk and honey?
Go to the prisons and announce a program that they will be released on one condition – they move to the Donbas, accept a Russian passport and never return. Ukraine also needs a law prohibiting any Ukrainian who accepted a Russian passport from entry into Ukraine.
