The director of the US Central Intelligence Agency, William Burns, said that the refusal to provide Ukraine with military aid could lead to significant territorial losses for the country this year.

At the hearings of the special committee on intelligence of the US Senate, he said that he had recently made his 10th visit to Ukraine. According to the CIA’s assessment, with additional help, Ukraine will be able to maintain its positions on the front line until the end of 2024 and early next year, which will allow it to “negotiate from a stronger position,” Burns added.

“I think that without additional help in 2024, we will see “even more Avdiivok” in Ukraine. And this, it seems to me, would be a huge historical mistake for the United States,” the CIA director emphasized.

  1. Zelensky’s crazy goal to defeat the RuSSian Federation, asking for more money, although all military experts say this goal cannot be achieved, is the core of the dispute.
