A fire has broken out in the Russian city of Cheboksary following a missile attack, likely at the VNIIR-Progress defense plant.

Details: Nikolayev reported that Cheboksary had come under a missile attack.
He did not provide details about the consequences of the strike, but Russian Telegram channels posted photos and videos showing a fire in the city after the attack.
According to an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis by Astra, the targeted facility was the VNIIR-Progress defense plant.
