Defense forces of Ukraine destroyed the storage base of the “martyrs” in Russia, – General Staff

According to available information, about 400 attack drones were stored at the specified base.

Defense forces of Ukraine successfully hit the Shahed UAV storage base near the settlement of Oktyabrskyi in the Krasnodar region of Russia, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported .

It is noted that the successful attack was carried out on October 9 by the strike group of the forces and means group of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in cooperation with units of the Security Service of Ukraine.

“According to the available information, about 400 attack drones were stored there. According to the results of the objective control, an accurate hit on the target was recorded. A secondary detonation was observed on the territory of the object,” the message says.

The General Staff added that the destruction of the Shahed UAV storage base will significantly reduce the ability of the Russian occupiers to terrorize peaceful residents of Ukrainian towns and villages.
