As a result of the strike of the Russian invaders on the railway station in Kramatorsk , where thousands of people were waiting for evacuation, 50 people have already died.

This was announced by the chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavel Kirilenko. 

“Fifty dead, five of them are children. We have such a number of victims at this hour as a result of the strike of the Russian occupation troops by Tochka-U on the railway station of Kramatorsk,” he said.

So far, 98 people have been taken to hospitals. 

“Of the 98 wounded who were taken to medical facilities, 16 were children, 46 women and 36 men. Twelve of them died in the hospital. 38 people died immediately at the station,” the head of the OVA added.

According to him, it is expected that other victims will also turn to doctors within one or two days, so the number of victims will constantly change.

According to the head of the Donetsk region, Pavlo Kirilenko, during the missile attack, there were thousands of people at the station, because the evacuation of residents of the Donetsk region to safer regions of Ukraine continues.

The actions of the occupiers are qualified under article 438 of the Criminal Code – violation of the laws and customs of war.

From Kramatorsk will be  evacuated by road all residents of the Donetsk region who can get to the city.
